Stakeholder
Engagement Framework
Agribank's
Stakeholder Engagement Framework (SEF) serves as a foundational document,
outlining commitment to transparent and meaningful dialogue with all
stakeholders. Guided by the principles of the International Finance
Corporation (IFC), Performance Standards, and a dedication to environmental and
social (E&S) sustainability, the framework establishes the principles,
methodologies, and responsibilities for effective engagement across all facets
of our operations. These include, but are not limited to, sales, marketing,
advisory services, procurement, partnerships, and our corporate social
responsibility initiatives.
Through
proactive consultation and engagement, we aim to not only identify and mitigate
potential environmental and social risks associated with our lending and
operational activities but also to unlock opportunities for innovation,
sustainable agricultural development, and inclusive growth.
To manage
stakeholder relations effectively, a detailed engagement action plan for the
Bank's identified stakeholders is devised annually.
